Spiraling our inner nature

About Red Forest

The Zen of movement

About Red Forest

Body is like a tree, rooted downwards and extended upwards, the spiral movement is our natural essence.

Back to natural stillness, our practice is based on the concept of Tai Chi Dao Yin, mindfulness moving with the internal Qi and the formless exploring the natural flow in one unity.

Our body is our own teacher, leading us toward the healing path of our sacred dance.

What is Tai Chi Dao Yin ?

Tai Chi Dao Yin is an exercise that involves gentle movements and is often used as a moving meditation to increase mindfulness and inner awareness. Practising Tai Chi Dao Yin can help to reduce stress and anxiety and promote a sense of calm and mental clarity.

Massage

Hui’s massage education began as an apprentice under the guidance of a professional Tui Na practitioner in Taiwan. Also, as a Tai Chi practitioner and "contact improvisation” dancer, she has a good energy sense awareness toward the body. In the past, she has been receiving certified training in Thai yoga massage and Balinese massage. She brings these experiences to return to the intuitive senses and dances with “metta” to share the treatment of bodywork.

About Hui Lin

Hui was born in the mountains of Taiwan and grew up in a Taoist family. Since childhood, she has been exposed to natural health therapy and learned Tai Chi from her father. Ten years ago, during her spiritual journey, she deeply dived into "contact improvisation", Japanese “butoh dance", and ceremony dances that return to spirituality. She hopes to base on the traditional wisdom of Tai Chi and allow the natural flow of our original ability to connect the unity of our body, mind, and spirit.
